CHURCHXELA is a delicious wholesoma delicacy.It is prepared at the time of ,,rtveli,,graoe harvesting.
Pieces of walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds or raisins threaded on a string, are dipped into caramel, cooked simmered grape juice and wheat flour, and hanged out to dry. the operation is repeated several times until a 1.5_2cm coating develops.
After that churchxelas are left for final drying for 15 days.
